How Agencies Use FormFroggy to Manage Client Form Data

The agency data management problem

Most agencies build and manage WordPress sites for clients who use Gravity Forms for leads, registrations, contact requests, or applications. When those clients need their form data, the usual process is: log in to WordPress, export a CSV, send it to the client. That gets old fast.

The real problem is that it creates a dependency. The client cannot access their own data without asking you. You become the data middleman for something that should be automatic.

One Sheet per client, one tab per form

FormFroggy creates a dedicated Google Sheet for each WordPress site. If you manage 20 client sites, you have 20 separate Sheets. Each form on that site gets its own tab within the Sheet. The data is organized automatically with no manual filing required.

This means you can hand each client a link to their own Sheet and tell them their data is always up to date. They get what they need without emailing you.

Share directly with clients

FormFroggy can automatically share each Sheet with email addresses you specify. You can add your client's email directly in the plugin settings. From that point forward, every new Sheet created for that site is automatically shared with the client.

You can also add internal team members so your account manager or project lead has direct access to the data without logging in to WordPress.

The Pro and Agency plans
